Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to process orders efficiently. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at lyvonateam@gmail.com.
Since orders are processed within 1–2 business days, it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Address modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information or for orders that are refused or undeliverable (incomplete or inaccessible addresses).
In such cases, the package may be returned to the sender, but not always.
If the package is returned to us, we will offer either:
- A refund excluding shipping costs, or
- A reshipment of the product, depending on your preference
Please note that no reshipment or refund can be issued until the returned package has been received by us.
Return Policy

Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
